I use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service so you know where your item is in transit and can see when it's due to arrive with you.

CARE OF YOUR ITEM
I do my best to make items that withstand wear but beautiful things are often delicate.
Suggestions to keep jewellery items looking good;
Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and other chemicals which can tarnish or discolour materials.
Remove before bed, exercise, swimming or showering/bathing.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have any problems with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately, we can not accept return or exchange of earrings for hygiene reasons.
What to do
Please contact me if you have any queries within 14 days receiving your item and I will do my utmost to help.
If an item needs to be returned, please send it to me within 30 days.
Conditions
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
Exchanges or refunds will be processed subject to receipt of the returned item in its original condition.
